Join DLC, WOW and Davidson College Biology professor Dr. Mark Stanback as we visit the bluebird nest boxes on the Davidson College campus. Dr. Stanback will explain the nesting behavior of Eastern Bluebirds — you might get a chance to hold baby bluebirds in your hands! We’ll also look for other birds and get tips on how to attract bluebirds and other cavity-nesting birds to our yards. This outing is for children and their families. The minimum age is 4 years old. Wear comfortable shoes. Please no dogs or strollers.
